Worked to pass legislation extending the date for validation of certain land conveyances and other instruments (Act 27 of 2005).

Growing Greener II
Passed legislation to authorize a voter referendum for a $650 million environmental bond issue and then worked to pass implementing legislation that allocates funding the from bond issue, the Environmental Stewardship Fund and provides two years of support for the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund (Act 45 of 2005).

Telecommunications
Achieved significant changes in the House-passed version of the telecommunications reform law on behalf of MCI. (Act 183 of 2004)

Funding for Electronic Licensing
Worked to pass legislation increasing license fee increases at the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission to help fund electronic license sales system. (Act 159 of 2004)

Rewrite of Divorce Law
Helped the Philadelphia Bar Association have an impact on a complete rewrite of Pennsylvania's divorce law. (Act 175 of 2004)

Misuse of Personal Information
Helped to strengthen the law against misuse of personal information by a company on behalf of AOL and American Express. (Act 202 of 2004)

Rewrite of Homeowner Association Law
Worked to rewrite the laws covering homeowners associations in planned communities, cooperatives and condominiums on behalf of the Philadelphia Bar Association. (Acts 189, 190, 191 of 2004)

Restored Tank Funding
Obtained $10 million in funding for the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund to pay back funds borrowed in 2002.

Agricultural Code
Representing BP and PPMCSA, we successfully inserted an amendment which will require a complete review and reauthorization of the Food Code (Act 190 of 2002)

Reauthorization of Recycling Fee
Representing the PA Soft Drink Association, we successfully advocated the reauthorization of the $2.00 recycling fee which is a surcharge on each ton of municipal waste disposed of in Pennsylvania (Act 175 of 2002)

Notary Law
Representing the PA Land Title Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association, we successfully advocated passage of legislation creating electronic notarization of legal documents (Act 151 of 2002)

Procurement Code
Representing PANPHA, we successfully advocated the improvement of the DPW Board of Hearings and Appeals Jurisdiction for medical assistance claims (Act 142 of 2002)

Judicial Computer System Augmentation Account
Representing the Philadelphia Bar Association, we successfully advocated for a surcharge on all legal filings to be dedicated for legal services for the poor (Act 122 of 2002)

Representing BP and PPMCSMA, we successfully created the new crime of retail theft of gasoline (Act 116 of 2002)
